Electron Microscopy Facility
Location: Keck Engineering Laboratory,
Room 042
Description and Use Policy:
The Transmission Electron Microscopy
(TEM) Facility in the Materials
Science Department is available
to campus and non-campus users
on a fee basis. Instrument time
(for qualified users) and operator
services are available. Two transmission
electron microscopes are available
for use in the facility, a FEI
TF30 UT(300kV) and a Philip's EM420(120kV).

Division Analytical Facility.
